Cancellation Policy
By purchasing this plan, the client agrees to fulfill the commitment to the class in its entirety. Once booked, $100 of the class fee is non-refundable. In the event that a class session must be canceled due to inclement weather, no refunds or make up class will be issued. If a class session is canceled by the instructor, a makeup option may be offered on a case by case basis. If you have a cancellation prior to 30 days before class begins, you will receive a full refund minus the $100 non-refundable fee. Cancellations inside of 30 days of the class start date are non-refundable. Funds are transferable to other services provided by BIG Studio Omaha.
